This is a new venture from Little Venice Ristorante. We have over 22 years in the Pizza/Restaurant business. We will be provideing the Ithaca and Cornell communitty the very best pizza expierence available. What you can expect is true Italian Pizza and Sandwiches, made with homemade breads and pizza dough.

Our pizza dough starts with a yeast strain stolen from Italy over 20 years ago (thanks Dave), and only the best flour available.

Our sauce is made from only the best tomatos available. Our tomatos come from Stanislaus county California, famous for their 77 day growing season they produce absolutly the most flavorful tomato you have ever had. Then we add select spices, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil. (Not that our local tomatos are bad, they just have a higher water level in them, better for just eating plain with a little salt and olive oil).

Our cheese is top shelf also, we get all of our mozzarella from a local New York State Creamary. We grate our cheese fresh daily to insure freshness, and I don't know what anti-cakeing agents taste like but I have a guess?

Our Sausage is homemade also, we start off with fresh boston pork roasts, 7 pounds of select spices round off our secret family recipe (thanks Bri). We add no presevitive so that once again you get only the best no BHA, MSG or any thing that looks like or tastes like rabbitt droppings. Makeing our sausage quite likely the best Italian Sausage you have ever tasted.

Our toppings will be more extensive than anyone else in town. We range from many FRESH VEGGIES, FRESH MEATS, to several different cheeses, and a variety of exotic sauces to choose from.

Quite simply "Ithacas BEST Pizza" and we will prove it. We will follow 2 very simple rules that we always have at "Little Venice Ristorante", #1 ONLY THE VERY BEST QUALITY PRODUCTS, #2 ONLY THE VERY FRESHEST PRODUCTS. We don't and won't ever sell any (B grade foods).

We are currently working on a New twist on the classic "Italian Style Submarines". We will keep these under cover untill we open, but rest assured they will be something you haven't seen in the area yet.

"Ithaca's BEST Wings" and we plan on proveing that as well. We start with ONLY THE FRESHEST WINGS available, never frozen. We use only the Best sauces available no cheap plain label watery hot sauce here. We have an extensive line up of sauces for you to try. Try our "Garbage Sauce" one of the most complex sauces you have ever had dance on your tongue.

As always we will be doing this as timely and affordable as possible. Leaving you wondering sometimes if we actually steal the products we sell, because of the price versus quality. And as an end result we will leave you wondering why you bought pizza anywhere else ever. The difference is like getting a Bentley, but only paying for a Yugo.
